The cupcake that starts it all....

After months... I finally stepped back into the kitchen and tried something else...

Mini Chocolate Cupcake... my first cupcake trial... so happy it turns out fine :D (Edible in fact!)

So addictive we nicknamed it "wiid" ;)

Up to this day it's still a hit... and a favorite to make :)

PS: Of course I bought a hand mixer... (lessons from previous experience) And see my icing work... no classes yet :)
